Do you know what you want in a property?

Before you start the journey of seeking out a property, you need to decided on a few things such as location, type of complex, number of bedrooms etc. 

To assist you with that we have attached a checklist  that you can print off and use to help you discover exactly what you need. 

You will see that there are two tick box columns:

•  What you 'must have' in the property (simply meaning things that you will not do without). 
• And the 'would likes' these are the things you would like the property to have, however you could  do without if you needed to.

By using this checklist you now have the outline of what you are looking for.  This saves time and money, and the confusion of comparing different properties. 

It also assists your agent/s by giving them a copy - now they know exactly what you want.
